Anyone with cough and/or fever (or
history of fever in the last two
weeks) with 1 or more of these symptoms.
    • Shivering /shaking (chills)
    • Body pain
    • Headache
    • Sore throat
    • Recent loss of taste or smell
    • Difficulty in breathing/shortness of
    • Diarrhea/abdominal pain
    • Runny nose/catarrh
    • Fatigue (tiredness)

I think people should begin to reconsider how they respond to this virus and its spread. Too many educated people are in paranoia which could eventually lead to HBP or hypertension.

    1. Prevent it at all cost.
    2. Have plans that you can implement if you or anyone gets the virus. You can’t afford to enter panic mode in the event of an infection.

Community spread sounds to me like… Malaria, Measles, Chicken pox etc. The world won’t end when one gets it, as long as one follows medical instructions and guidance.

A lot of persons have recovered by dealing with the symptoms in their private isolation, when the medical facilities in their countries were overwhelmed.

    Have such considerations and plan.
